Shipping policy

RETURNS 

You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items. The returned items must be in unused and original packaging with hangtags. On the Return Form enclosed with the item, you can see what information we need from you, and where to send the goods. After receiving the item, we will give a full refund of the product price.

EXCHANGE 

If you wish to exchange an item to a different size or colour you have 14 days from the day of receipt to exchange the item. After receiving the item, we will send you the exchanged item free of charge. If the item is sold out, we will instead give you a full refund of the product price. 

COMPLAINTS AND FAULTS DELIVERED GOODS 

If you have received a faulty item, or if it is not the product given on your invoice, you should return the item as described above. If we agree that your complaint is justified, we will send you a new product. The shipping will be free of charge, and we will refund your shipping costs corresponding to the cost for a B-letter sent by Posten. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item.
